 Delivery Information

Our warehouse operates every day of the week. Please be aware that orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders packed over the weekend will also be shipped out on Monday.

Free Delivery

Enjoy free delivery on all orders. 

For free deliveries, we use “Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Shipping,” which includes:

• Delivery within 2-4 working days

• Trackable orders up to the delivery point

• Deliveries made on weekdays and Saturdays

• Same-day dispatch Monday to Friday for orders placed before 3:00 pm (excluding Bank Holidays)

International Delivery

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Additional Information

We are not responsible for any goods that are seized or for additional customs charges. Once items have left the UK postal system, they are your responsibility.

Shipping fees cover handling, packing, and postage. The final shipping cost is based on an average of these fees. We recommend grouping your items into single orders, as separate orders cannot be combined and will incur separate shipping charges.

E-liquids: If you experience any leaks, please contact us within 3 working days so we can address the issue promptly. For safety reasons, do not use your liquid vessel if it has been compromised.
